Broken Arrow is the firm’s office for the Tulsa metro. Green Country Law Group has four staffed offices — Tahlequah, Muskogee, Norman, and Broken Arrow — and we do not keep a separate Tulsa office. Clients from Tulsa, Bixby, Jenks, Coweta, Owasso, and Wagoner meet with us here at 1621 S. Eucalyptus Ave., Ste. 204.
Clinton N. Patterson works primarily from this office, and Wayne Bailey and Deni Ketterman meet clients here by appointment.
Broken Arrow sits in two counties. Our suite is on the Tulsa County side, where state cases go to the Tulsa County District Court and federal cases go to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma. Part of the city is in Wagoner County, which has its own district court and falls in the Eastern District of Oklahoma. When you call, tell us which side of town your home, business, or dispute is on so the matter starts in the right court.
Wayne Bailey, managing attorney: business and corporate law, estate planning, probate, real estate, and civil litigation and appeals. Before law school he earned a degree in accounting and worked in accounting, finance, oil and gas, construction, and information technology; he went on to an LL.M. after his J.D. He is a veteran, and he is admitted in Oklahoma, all three federal district courts in the state, the Tenth Circuit, the U.S. Tax Court, and the Cherokee Nation tribal court. Clinton N. Patterson: criminal defense, family law, and tribal law. He works primarily from this Broken Arrow office and was admitted to the Oklahoma bar in 2003.
Deni Ketterman: estate planning — wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives — along with business and real estate matters and civil litigation. He works from our Muskogee and Tahlequah offices and meets clients at this office by appointment.
