Ambrielle Glass is an Oklahoma tax, business, and litigation attorney serving individuals, business owners, and companies from Green Country Law Group’s Norman, Oklahoma office. She advises clients throughout Oklahoma on federal and state tax controversies, IRS and state tax-debt resolution, business formation, corporate structuring, regulatory compliance, consumer-law matters, bankruptcy-related issues, and civil litigation.
Drawing on experience in government, private practice, Ms. Glass provides practical guidance for legal and financial challenges. She served as Assistant General Counsel for the Oklahoma Tax Commission, where she handled regulatory and tax matters, advised leadership on compliance and regulatory reform, and addressed audit and litigation issues. Her background includes Oklahoma tax law, multi-jurisdictional compliance and tribal tax issues.
Ms. Glass assists clients facing IRS and state tax liabilities through options such as Offers in Compromise, penalty-waiver requests, Currently Not Collectible status, streamlined installment agreements, and partial-pay installment agreements. She has negotiated with auditors, appeals officers, revenue officers, tax counsel, and other taxing-authority representatives. Additionally, her article, “Opening the Envelope: How to Identify, Triage, and Respond to the Most Common IRS Notices”, was published in the Oklahoma Bar Journal’s May 2026 Taxation issue.
Beyond tax-resolution matters, Ms. Glass advises entrepreneurs and businesses on entity selection, business formation, S-corporation elections, tax planning, corporate structuring, and regulatory compliance. She takes a comprehensive approach to decisions involving interconnected tax, legal, financial, and operational considerations.
Ms. Glass earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where she was named to the Dean’s Honor Roll and helped found the OU Law Student Advisory Council for Academic Support. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Politics, with honors, from Willamette University.
