Starting a company, signing a contract someone else wrote, bringing in a partner, or planning for the day you step away — Wayne Bailey handles the legal side for Broken Arrow business owners, and he meets you in person at our Broken Arrow office on South Eucalyptus.
Wayne Bailey | Suite 204, 1621 S. Eucalyptus Ave. | By Appointment
Before law school, Wayne Bailey earned a degree in accounting and worked in accounting, finance, oil and gas, construction, and information technology. He went on to an LL.M. after his J.D., and he is a veteran. That background shapes the advice: a contract, an entity choice, or a buyout is judged by what it does to your cash, your taxes, and your exposure, not just by whether the paperwork is in order.
He is admitted in Oklahoma state courts, all three federal district courts in Oklahoma, the Tenth Circuit, the U.S. Tax Court, and the Cherokee Nation tribal court. He meets business owners at our Broken Arrow office, the firm’s office for the Tulsa metro.
Broken Arrow sits in two counties. Our suite is on the Tulsa County side, where state cases go to the Tulsa County District Court and federal cases go to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma. Part of the city is in Wagoner County, which has its own district court and falls in the Eastern District of Oklahoma. If your company, property, or dispute is on the Wagoner County side, tell us when you call.
Wayne Bailey, managing attorney, handles formation, contracts, ownership changes, and the sale or purchase of a business for clients of the Broken Arrow office.
Deni Ketterman prepares estate plans — the will, a revocable trust when one belongs in the plan, the durable power of attorney, and the advance directive — and handles business and real estate matters. He works from our Muskogee and Tahlequah offices and meets clients in Broken Arrow by appointment.
Ambrielle Glass handles tax disputes and tax planning from our Norman office. Clinton N. Patterson, who works primarily from the Broken Arrow office, handles criminal defense, family law, and tribal law, and Jared DeSilvey handles family law and divorce from our Muskogee and Tahlequah offices.
Green Country Law Group has four staffed offices: Tahlequah, Muskogee, Norman, and Broken Arrow. For everything the Broken Arrow office handles, see Law Firm in Broken Arrow.
Your Company and Your Estate Plan
Succession language in both your operating agreement (or bylaws) and your will or trust is necessary to preserve the business so it can keep supporting your loved ones, to minimize tax, and to avoid the courts. Wayne Bailey and Deni Ketterman both prepare estate plans, so the company documents and the estate plan are written to agree.
Call (918) 863-2523 or use our contact form, and tell us briefly what the matter is and who the other parties are so we can check for conflicts. Bring formation papers, your operating agreement or bylaws, the contract in question, or recent business tax returns — missing documents are part of what we look at. We explain how the fee will work before any work begins.
Please do not send confidential details before we agree in writing to represent you; contacting the firm does not create an attorney-client relationship.
Our office is Suite 204, upstairs in the brick office building at 1621 S. Eucalyptus Ave. The signs outside belong to other tenants; look for Suite 204 inside.
We see clients by appointment — in person, by phone, or by video when the matter allows.
