Jared DeSilvey is an Oklahoma attorney with nearly three decades of legal experience, serving clients through Green Country Law Group’s Muskogee and Tahlequah law offices. Since 1997, he has represented individuals and families in personal injury, insurance claims, family law, and related Oklahoma legal matters.
Licensed to practice before all Oklahoma District Courts, Mr. DeSilvey also practices in the Creek Nation, Cherokee Nation, and Chickasaw Nation tribal courts; all three United States District Courts in Oklahoma; and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. His broad admissions allow Green Country Law Group to assist clients whose cases involve Oklahoma state, tribal, or federal courts.
Mr. DeSilvey’s commitment to helping injury victims began with a personal experience. During his freshman year of college, he was seriously injured in an automobile accident that required surgery. After seeing his own attorney successfully pursue compensation in court, he changed his course of study to pre-law—a decision that began his career advocating for people facing difficult legal and financial circumstances.
He earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1993 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 1996. In addition to his legal practice, Jared is a Certified Mediator and Certified Guardian Ad Litem. He has served as pro bono counsel for deprived children and frequently speaks publicly on personal injury law, insurance claims, and family law issues.
In 2026, Muskogee County attorneys elected Jared DeSilvey President of the Muskogee Bar Association. From Green Country Law Group’s Muskogee and Tahlequah offices, he continues to provide experienced, client-focused legal representation to individuals and families across eastern Oklahoma.
